Shipping & handling costs are an estimation based on location and size of the order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Math Institute is not responsible for delays or damage due to shipping or customs.

At The Math Institute, we are committed to providing quality materials. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@themathinstitute.org. We offer the following return policy:

 

Refunds for Physical Materials:

• We offer a full refund on physical products, such as books or other materials, when returned in new and unused condition within 7 days of purchase.

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The Math Institute is not liable for shipping fees.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@themathinstitute.org with your order details and reason for return.

 

Digital Products, Recordings, Workshops, and Downloads:

• No returns or refunds will be offered on digital products, recordings, workshops, or downloadable content. 

• All sales for these items are final.

 

Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be initiated after The Math Institute receives and confirms condition of materials.
